SAGSE Paraguay 2026 Confirms Final Agenda for Technical Day

SAGSE Paraguay 2026 has confirmed the final technical agenda for its second day, which will take place on Thursday, August 6, under the SAGSE Academy format at the Hotel Casino Acaray in Ciudad del Este.

The day will be specifically aimed at casino floor personnel, technicians, operations managers, security teams, surveillance staff, maintenance departments and operational areas, with a focus on practical training, technical professionalization, online systems, machine control, operational auditing, casino floor security and artificial intelligence applied to technical diagnostics.

One of the highlights will be the participation of keynote speaker Abilio Mancuello Petters, a Paraguayan electronic engineer and professor associated with the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of Asunción — FIUNA/UNA, with extensive technical experience in gaming, automation, digital systems, technological development and previous experience as Technical Manager at Crown Gaming Paraguay.

The presentation will address incident response procedures, coordination between technical teams and surveillance staff, critical points, event documentation, anomaly detection and operational best practices.

This segment will focus on communication protocols, machine connectivity, ticket validation, accounting systems, TITO, cashless solutions, tester measurements, failure identification and technical responsibilities on the casino floor.

The presentation will explore the use of artificial intelligence for expert diagnostics, guided repairs, failure analysis, case management, team training and 24/7 technical support.

The keynote will focus on best practices for casino floor technicians, maintenance teams, operational control, security, measurements, tickets, incidents and machine connectivity.

The objective will be to provide an academic and technical perspective on machine-level operational control, strengthening the training of teams responsible for the daily operation of gaming venues.
