SAGSE Paraguay 2026 will hold its main Executive Day on Wednesday, August 5, bringing together operators, regulators, authorities, C-level executives, and key decision-makers from the gaming industry at the Acaray Hotel Casino & Convention Center in Ciudad del Este.

The gathering will be part of a closed, exclusive, invitation-only edition designed to foster high-level interaction among the leading stakeholders of the Paraguayan and regional gaming markets.

From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the Executive Conference for managers, operators, and regulators will take place, focusing on the present and future of the Paraguayan market, regulatory developments, industry professionalization, technology, security, responsible gaming, compliance, payment solutions, and emerging business opportunities.

One of the highlights of the day will be the academic keynote delivered by Gustavo Adamovsky, Dean of UCES Argentina, who will address leadership in the face of uncertainty within today’s FANI environments: Fragile, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible.

His presentation will focus on antifragile leadership, a model aimed at building teams that not only withstand chaos and volatility but become stronger because of them.

Key concepts to be explored include cognitive traps in decision-making, the illusion of control, psychological safety, the strategic management of mistakes, herd behavior, high-performance decision architecture, and leadership under extreme pressure.

The session will also address intergenerational leadership, with particular emphasis on Generation Z, autonomy, continuous microfeedback, and the new leadership challenges facing modern organizations.

The day will conclude at 9:00 PM with a networking cocktail reception at Snack del Casino, designed as a space for interaction among operators, regulators, sponsors, and invited business leaders.
