March 18 & 19, 2026 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

In the framework of SAGSE South America 2026, taking place on March 18–19 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center, Blokotech is preparing for a participation centered on delivering tangible impact for operators in the region. Far from a symbolic presence, the company is betting on executive sessions, live workflow demonstrations, and the launch of its retail betting solution with kiosk, specifically designed for the Latin American operational reality. In this interview, the team explains how they aim to turn networking into concrete business opportunities and which product decisions are shaping their differentiation across LATAM.

In this edition, what can the audience expect from Blokotech at SAGSE — what kind of dynamics will you activate (prizes/giveaways, challenges, experiences), and how are you designing it to generate real networking and commercial opportunities?

At SAGSE, we are not showing up for symbolic presence. We are there to generate business.

The industry is saturated with generic solutions. We will run executive sessions focused on real impact on margin, operational efficiency, and commercial performance, showcasing concrete workflows operating in real scenarios. This is not a standard demo; it is about demonstrating how an operation integrates, automates, and optimizes in practice.

In addition, we will present our retail betting solution with kiosk, specifically designed for the Latin American operational reality.

We are not looking for mass traffic at the stand. We are looking for operators and partners ready to accelerate and consolidate their growth with a solid technological infrastructure.

At the product level, which design decision separates you from the rest in LATAM: stack modularity, integration speed, automation (CRM/bonuses), analytics, or risk management? What is your signature feature?

Our key decision was to build a truly modular stack.

We are not talking about closed modules. We are talking about a flexible architecture that allows operators to configure their setup intelligently, adapting to each jurisdiction without rebuilding the system or creating unnecessary technical dependencies.

One of our latest evolutions is the new front-end. This enables maximum flexibility, faster innovation cycles, and a modern experience without the limitations of monolithic structures.

This combination reduces operational friction, accelerates integration, and improves return on investment.

As signature features, we highlight two pillars:

  • The intelligent automation of content positioning through our proprietary AI engine, which optimizes visibility, engagement, and conversion based on each player’s behavior and context.

  • Our retail betting solution with kiosk, developed in-house after years operating in LATAM and deeply understanding its regulatory, operational, and commercial particularities.

This is not an imported adaptation; it is a solution conceived from the reality of the Latin American market.

From a regional execution standpoint, what does having a localized LATAM team (support, integrations, compliance, partnerships) really mean, and how does it improve results versus operating the region remotely?

It is not simply about having a localized team. We are a company with Latin American DNA.

It is important to highlight that our clients are Latin American operators — and that is not by chance. We work from a deep understanding of the market, not from external adaptation.

That completely changes execution. We understand how business is negotiated in the region, how regulations evolve, how payment ecosystems function, and what the real dynamics are between operators, affiliates, and regulators.

In practical terms, this means support in the same time zone, integrations with already-tested local PSPs, and country-specific regulatory knowledge, along with an active network of strategic partnerships across multiple professional and technical areas that we make available to our clients.

Operating LATAM remotely often translates into integration delays, incomplete regulatory interpretations, and cultural friction in day-to-day management.

Proximity reduces uncertainty, accelerates go-live, and improves post-launch operational stability. In a fragmented region with constantly evolving regulatory frameworks, proximity is not a commercial attribute; it is a structural competitive advantage.
