March 18 & 19, 2026 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

In the framework of SAGSE South America 2026 —to be held on March 18–19 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention CenterDiego Verano, Director of Business Development LATAM at Eeze, analyzes the company’s expansion priorities across Latin America and the increasingly strategic role of live casino. With a technology proposal based on Chroma Key, Eeze aims to help operators scale more efficiently, optimize margins, and deliver highly personalized experiences in markets showing clear acceleration.

In LATAM expansion, which markets are you prioritizing and why—what signals do you use to decide where to invest focus (operator traction, regulatory maturity, payments, live demand)?

The region is experiencing a unique moment that we were able to confirm in situ at events throughout 2025 held in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Ciudad del Este, Mexico City, and several other capitals across the continent.

In this new phase, we believe we must prioritize maintaining conversations with clients in Mexico, Brazil, and Peru, while continuing to expand our network of contacts in Argentina, Ecuador, and Chile. In these latter markets, we are interested in further developing our presence—placing particular emphasis on Argentina, which had been somewhat stalled due to the country’s complex political situation.

Eeze LatAm will also focus on Central America and the Caribbean region. While our participation there has been somewhat moderate, we see a significant opportunity opening up for the brand.

From a positioning standpoint, what is Eeze’s current “flagship product” for the region, and what operator problem does it solve in terms of growth and margin (conversion, retention, operational efficiency)?

At Eeze, we have built a strong reputation in the live casino sector thanks to our Chroma Key technology, which offers flexibility, scalability, and profitability for operators.

Unlike traditional studios—which require physical décor, branded elements, and multiple dedicated tables—Eeze’s green screen solution enables fully customizable digital environments that precisely meet our partners’ needs. Many operators in Latin America are seeking solutions that balance profitability with top-tier quality, and our green screen technology delivers exactly that.

The solution eliminates the high costs associated with traditional physical studios, reduces operational and staffing expenses, and enables far more efficient scaling. In addition, operators can instantly apply localized branding, themes, and graphics for different LATAM markets without physically modifying the studio setup.

With Eeze, each operator table feels unique, as digital elements replace the need for dedicated physical studio spaces. Operators can also instantly adapt to market trends through updates and promotions within the digital environment.

On live: why do you believe live games are becoming a strategic pillar for LATAM operators—what real impact are you seeing on engagement and LTV—and what types of partnerships or agreements are you looking to drive at SAGSE to scale this offering?

As a B2B online casino provider, we believe personalization is shaping the future of casino gaming, driving higher engagement, stronger retention, and more unique player experiences. In this context, personalization is no longer optional—it is essential. As our COO, Lai Fatt Chiang, noted: “Change is the only constant if we want to survive and stand out. At Eeze, we believe in change and embrace it with enthusiasm.”

The future of live gaming is flexible, fast, and increasingly driven by AI. Our green screen and chroma-based systems are transforming how operators create experiences, blending real and virtual worlds to deliver superior player interaction.

One of the biggest challenges in scaling live casino operations today is ensuring smooth, high-quality gameplay experiences. For Eeze, this is a fundamental pillar of our growth as a brand: delivering technology that maintains premium production value while enabling rapid expansion across Latin American markets.
