LOTBA crosses borders as the Guest Lottery at SAGSE Paraguay 2025

August 6 & 7 at Hotel Casino Acaray in Ciudad del Este

The Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (LOTBA) has been confirmed as the official guest lottery at the upcoming edition of SAGSE Paraguay 2025, which will take place on August 6 and 7 at the Acaray Hotel Casino & Convention Center in Ciudad del Este.

“This participation reinforces LOTBA’s position as a regional benchmark in responsible gaming, modern regulation, and the fight against illegal gambling, marking a new milestone in its international presence,” highlighted the SAGSE organizers.

Following its prominent role as host lottery at SAGSE Buenos Aires 2025, where it presented the “Talking is Winning” campaign and shared its experiences in prevention and best practices, LOTBA continues to strengthen ties with key stakeholders in the Latin American gaming industry.

As part of this collaboration, on August 7, LOTBA authorities will deliver an exclusive keynote session in the academic forum of SAGSE Paraguay, focusing on topics such as:

• Responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable groups
• Prevention of underage access to online gambling
• Strategies against illegal gambling
• Regulatory challenges in digital environments

LOTBA’s presence at SAGSE Paraguay will also include an institutional information space and participation in networking activities with regulators, operators, and suppliers from Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina, and other countries in the region.
