August 6 & 7 at Hotel Casino Acaray in Ciudad del Este

The Asociación Paraguaya de Empresas de Juegos de Azar (APEJA) has confirmed its institutional support for the upcoming edition of SAGSE Paraguay, which will take place on August 6 and 7 at the Acaray Hotel Casino & Convention Center in Ciudad del Este.

The association, which brings together the country’s leading gaming operators, emphasized that events like SAGSE are essential to consolidating the sector’s current cycle of expansion and investment, within a context of regulatory transformation, license openings, and effective oversight driven by the recent implementation of Law 7.438.

“SAGSE Paraguay 2025 will be a key platform to showcase the potential of our industry to regional investors, authorities, laboratories, and international suppliers. At APEJA, we welcome the fact that this event is taking place in Paraguay, at a time when transparency, competition, and formalization are becoming pillars of our growth,” said Adriana Gorchs, President of APEJA.

The association also highlighted the event’s role as a connection point between local operators and strategic markets such as Brazil and Argentina, as well as its importance in technical training, business generation, and the adoption of new technologies.

“Our institutional support for SAGSE is based on a shared vision: we want a more competitive Paraguay, with clear regulations, cutting-edge technology, player protection, and real opportunities for those investing in the country. SAGSE is the ideal tool to help achieve that,” added Giovanna Magalhães, member of the Board of Directors.

SAGSE organizers have announced a highly qualified audience, focused on C-Level participants, in a closed, business-oriented environment designed for strategic decision-making. The event will include VIP tables, training spaces, and a showroom featuring the industry’s leading brands.

“Having APEJA’s institutional support is extremely valuable—it represents the unified voice of the companies that are building Paraguay’s gaming industry every day. Collaborating with the private sector is key to ensuring the success of the event and positioning Paraguay as a reliable and expanding destination,” concluded Alan Burak, Vice President of Monografie.
